Island Terrace House

This construction project, located on an island in Malaysia, involved the rapid development of a residential terrace housing complex. The project was characterized by an extremely accelerated timeline, aiming for completion within 30 days from commencement. The complex consisted of a single block with seven houses, each built on an average area of approximately 6,825 square feet. This project showcased the efficiency and effectiveness of modular construction techniques, allowing for rapid assembly and completion in a challenging location.
